* Strong technical and testing skills. In-depth knowledge of various software testing strategies and approaches. (minimum 4 yrs experience).
* Experience or proficiency with performance/load and automated testing tools (Visual Studio or Telerik’s WebUI Studio are preferred).
* Knowledge of SQL and database query tools. (Sql testing experience is needed)
* Experience testing windows and web applications (.Net is preferred).
* Test Lead experience (would be a plus)
