- Over five years of development experience is required.
- Experience leading small development teams as a tech lead through the full SDLC is required
- Experience with the Agile/Scrum methodology is highly desired
- Preferred graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
