Key Responsibilities:
Project Manage the implementation of ABBYY PS Projects including OEM, Mobile and
Cloud Solution Initiatives on Amazon and Azure working closely with HQ Development
team and Customer Development Teams
Provide consultative advice to customers related to usage and integration of ABBYY
products.
Understand the scope of work required in developing applications in C++ , C#, Java,
.NET and exposure to development of mobile applications and cloud integrated
applications to support local paid PS deliverables or as prototype projects that
demonstrate capabilities and usage techniques to customers.
Communicate clearly with customers and internal development, marketing, PS and Sales
teams, using excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work effectively with HQ Developers as needed to transition regional projects to HQ
Possibly design and develop prototype level applications for regional project initiatives
As defined, participate in regional development efforts including but not limited to OCR
Engine integration into touch screen devices, cloud solutions, and mobile applications
Provide presales support to sales team and potential customers who require deep
integration with ABBYY products.

Mandatory Skill Set/Requirements:
Leader and Quick learner who can grasp new technologies, concepts and processes
Project Manager/Customer Liaison, who can understand requirements, negotiate and
document project scopes between developers and Customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
Basic Knowledge/Understan ding of Web Based development including SOAP, XML Web
Services AJAX, Java, Jscript and others
Understanding of Cloud Environments, preferably with Amazon and Microsoft Cloud
Environments
Exposure or design of Mobile Applications on one or more of the following platforms, iOS,
Android, Windows Mobile or RIM/Blackberry
Able to quickly identify problems and define innovative solutions
Basic understanding of Linux
Professional demeanor and able to work in "highly charged" environments
Positive client focused attitude
Minimum Bachelors Degree in CS or related – OR Equivalent work experience

Desirable Skills:
Project Management Certification
Development Experience with and knowledge of OCR Data Capture products, Mobile
applications and the ECM Industry
Prior or recent experience developing in C++ and/or C# languages
Understanding of COM and ActiveX technologies, .NET platform.
Experience working with remote/ offshore developers
Experience managing multiple cross cultural development projects concurrently
People Management Experience
Strong experience using and developing mathematical algorithms to apply to image
manipulation
Fluent in Russian, Japanese or other foreign languages
