I am looking for an Interim Operations Director for a leading BPO and support services organisation.
We are working with a leading BPO and support services organisation who require an Interim Operations Director to lead and manage a substantial team in delivery of core services to a portfolio of clients.
We are looking for:
•Experienced Operations Director, used to leading large scale outsourcing or partnership deals with full P&L responsibility. Expertise across all elements of the contract lifecycle from mobilisation to ongoing client delivery.
•FM and TFM expertise, able to rapidly deploy full solutions and meet the commercial objectives within a varied client base.
•Strong programme management and change skills.
•Operational experience for multiple sites in the UK and abroad
•Ability to manage successful relationships with clients whilst maximising the utilisation of internal resources.
