Interior Designer / Project Sales Executive / Project Supervisor - Bahrain

Interior Designer (HRD/FID/16/11):
Degree in Architecture or Diploma in Interior- Design, a team player with 2-5 years experience in preparation of concept design using 3D perspectives, visuals & samples boards for floor plans, B.O.Q & designs presentations such as mood boards and 3-D images. The role also includes responsibilities such as, source specific vendors for the project, regular visits to clients, contractors, consultants, and interior designers to keep abreast of all latest projects.

Project Sales Executive (HRD/FID/17/11):
Graduate, Engineer; Diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years experience in retail sales. Candidate is responsible to generate new enquiries with Ministries, Institutions & Construction projects. Manage and drive the channels for achieving sales target. Maintaining and nurturing key relationship with clients, contractors, consultants, and interior designers to be abreast with the latest projects. Assist in preparation of early stage budgets, time-lines and costing for projects, in conjunction with the ProjectTeam Leader. In charge of end to end execution of all projects.

Project Supervisor (HRD/FID/18/11):
Degree in Architecture or Diploma in Interior Design with knowledge of Auto-cad & 3D Max or equivalent software. 3-5 years experience in designing floor plans, preparation of B.O.Q & design presentation such as sample boards, mood boards, 3-D images. Responsibility includes activities such as supervision of the site, timely execution of projects, assist in preparation of early stage budgets time-lines and costing. Regularly visit the clients, contractors, consultants, and interior designers to keep abreast of all latest & upcoming projects. In charge of end to end execution of all confirm projects & to supervise the site without any delay.

Process Analysis and Documentation Officer - Qatar

Our client, a Middle East based bank is looking for a Process Analysis and Documentation Officer to join their team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and documenting the processes involved in the respective departments/ units and developing process improvements.

•Assist in the preparation of documents required for meeting ISO requirements.
•Update policies and procedures manuals and flowcharts based on process improvements and process re-engineering.
•Liaise with the Group’s internal and external auditors to obtain information with respect to regulatory laws/ regulations.
•Possess a good understanding of process workflows, operating controls, banking best practices and regulatory requirements.
•Ensure high standards of confidentiality and data backup exist to prevent loss or uncontrolled amendments to the approved policies and procedures and other documents.

•University graduate in Business Administration, Business Process Re-engineering or equivalent.
•Minimum of 3 years of banking experience in GCC, in Branch Banking/ Operations/ Audit/ Internal Controls with a good understanding of the various facets of banking activities.
•Should posses strong translation skills from Arabic to English and vice-versa.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferable).
•Exceptional Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio) skills.
•Exceptional policies and procedures and flowcharting drafting skills.
