Process Analysis and Documentation Officer - Qatar

Our client, a Middle East based bank is looking for a Process Analysis and Documentation Officer to join their team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and documenting the processes involved in the respective departments/ units and developing process improvements.

Responsibilities:
•Assist in the preparation of documents required for meeting ISO requirements.
•Update policies and procedures manuals and flowcharts based on process improvements and process re-engineering.
•Liaise with the Group’s internal and external auditors to obtain information with respect to regulatory laws/ regulations.
•Possess a good understanding of process workflows, operating controls, banking best practices and regulatory requirements.
•Ensure high standards of confidentiality and data backup exist to prevent loss or uncontrolled amendments to the approved policies and procedures and other documents.

Requirements:
•University graduate in Business Administration, Business Process Re-engineering or equivalent.
•Minimum of 3 years of banking experience in GCC, in Branch Banking/ Operations/ Audit/ Internal Controls with a good understanding of the various facets of banking activities.
•Should posses strong translation skills from Arabic to English and vice-versa.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferable).
•Exceptional Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio) skills.
•Exceptional policies and procedures and flowcharting drafting skills.
