1.      Chief Financial Officer	Ideally, you should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with three years post qualification experience.
2.      Head of Operations	You should have the ability to lead a team of back office operations.
3.      Head of Equity Sales – Institutions	You should have outstanding relationships in the capital markets with a passion for equity sales.
4.      Head of Online Equity Trading	You should be a professional with experience of managing an online equity trading team.
5.      Head of Money Market Brokerage	You should have thorough knowledge of the debt market with a passion for sales.
6.      Head of Commodities Brokerage (Khi & Lhr)	You should have the experience and ability to set up a commodities brokerage business.
7.      Equity Traders (Khi & Lhr)	We will look for outstanding individuals who can demonstrate a passion for equity sales.
8.      Commission Agents for Equity Sales (Khi & Lhr)	You should have an existing portfolio of clients.
9.      Corporate Finance Executives	You should be an MBA or a qualified CA from a top university / firm with at least three years of relevant experience.
10.  Research Analysts	You should have BBA/MBA from a top university. Equity research experience will be preferred.
11.  IT Executives	You should be a qualified graduate with IT software / hardware experience. Relevant IT experience in the brokerage industry will be preferred.
