In this regard, applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals for the position of General Manager Security Services. The eligible candidates must possess the qualifications / experience mentioned below:

Qualifications:

For Civilians: Master’s Degree preferably in Sociology/Criminology/Criminal Psychology from recognized University/Institute.

For Armed Forces Officers: Graduation Degree with rank of Lt. Col. / Col. / Equivalent. Higher qualifications will be preferred.

Skills / Special Requirements:
Technical knowledge of Security, Investigation, Human Resources and Management.

Experience:

For Civilians: At least 15 years relevant experience in officer / management cadre with an organization of repute in security services.

For Armed Forces Officers: At least 08 years experience as Lt.Col./Col./Equivalent. Preference will be given to officers who have done Intelligence Courses or served with these units.

Maximum Age:

For Civilians: 40 years as on 1^st April, 2011

For Armed Forces Officers: 50 years as on 1^st April, 2011.

(The age limits include 05 years age relaxation as per Federal Government instructions).
