The Job: This is a Technical Position for someone who has the ability to
communicate well with internal customers to access needs and recommend
changes and processes to better the business and service. The person in this
role will integrate business process management functional expertise and
experience with business objectives to design and deliver practical business
process driven solutions. The individual filling this role will plan and
manage both redesign and incremental improvement projects and lead business
process improvement team. The process architect facilitates process teams
through complex problem solving or process improvement, modeling the use of
LEAN, Six Sigma or similar improvement methodologies. The person in this
role will facilitate the documentation, monitoring, and analysis of
processes while providing direction to other staff to develop appropriate
process documentation and measurements systems, respectively. The Process
Architect will apply systems to address people, process, systems and
structural needs. The person in this role will partner with project
sponsors and company management to plan, prioritize, and manage process
improvement projects while adhering to the company's project methodology and
quality assurance guidelines; communicate recommended various team members.
The Process Architect will recommend improvements in processes, people,
systems and structures, to reduce waste and continuously improve
performance. This role is responsible for facilitating and coaching staff
members and functional process practitioners in the use of standard business
process improvement techniques and tools to improve individual or team
performance.

Requirements:

 Experience in modeling business processes using a variety of
tools and techniques; Advanced knowledge of and ability to perform analyses
such as, GAP analysis, process mapping, root-cause analysis, risk analysis
and requirements gathering ; Proven track record delivering innovative
business process ideas as well as savings delivery through processes;
Experience with identification of redundant processes and synergies between
various interdependent processes with the achievement of financial results;
Ability to identify, analyze and resolve cross-functional problems related
to business processes; Excellent communication skills and the ability to
communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes
written and verbal communications ; The person filling this role MUST BE a
team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with
the ability to influence others to move toward consensus; Bachelor's degree
or higher in relevant field is REQUIRED (with no exceptions (experience CAN
NOT be considered in lieu of a 4-year college degree). 5+ years experience
in process architecture; Preference will be given to candidates with
experience in Service, Renewal or Support Sales. Understanding of LEAN or
Six Sigma Processes/methodolo gies. Strong skills in MicroSoft office suite,
VISIO and SharePoint. Written and oral English communication skills ARE
required.
