Lead Account Executive Job in Pakistan

*Position:* Account Executive
*Reporting line*: Account Manager

*Job Summary: *The Sales Account Executive is responsible for generating new business
revenue with local and international companies and able to manage
relationship efficiently with existing customers. He will be required to
identify potential area and develop new revenue opportunities.

*Required Qualification: *
MBA with BS/BE
*Gender:* Preferably Male
*Package:* Competitive salary based on skills & experience and will be
negotiated with* *the successful candidate**
*Location:* Islamabad

*Tasks and Responsibilities: *
• To achieve the sales quota assigned to him/her.
• Research, prospect and establish leads for corporate
  relationships i.e Managing relationships with existing key customers and
  Establishing relationships with new customers.
• Identifying potential projects and pitch the best solution
  after consulting with engineering team.
• Increasing sales volume through direct sales effort in
  assigned accounts.
• Work closely with the Sales Accounts Manager to achieve
  departmental goals. i.e Formulate a strategic plan with Line Manager having
  clear objectives and actions to reach the sales targets.
• Managing the forecast pipeline.
• Maintaining a product and sales forecast summary for current
  accounts and prospects
• Prepare and present proposals to corporate decision makers and
  build interactive presentations that outline features, benefits and
  unique selling points of the product.
• Work with other staff to create saleable programs and
  features.
• Prepare sales reports, activities and revenue reports.
• Maintain current knowledge of products and industry trends.
*Required Knowledge and Skills*
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Pleasant personality with understanding of Industrial
  Marketing
.
• Self motivated team player with a proven ability to achieve
  sales goals.
• Superior knowledge regarding the practices and principles
  related to the personal selling
• Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships
  with corporate clients and co-workers.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Solutions oriented problem solving mentality a must.
• Must be creative, detail oriented, possess a strong work
  ethic
, be willing to learn and have
• a burning desire to succeed.

• Possess superior negotiation skills coupled with a net profit
