Software Application Tester Contract Hire
Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 2 years experience in software quality assurance and testing domain and maximum 10 years.
- Ensures seamless deployment & handover of new/updated applications from Design & Delivery, for Operations to put in pre-production and production environments.
- Ensures functional testing of new applications and corrections are done by Design and delivery and by the designated end users, and performs additional tests to ensure interoperability, performance and stability of the environments to receive the deployments.
- Testing and deployment for a project to be carried out by different teams to avoid degradation or release
- quality. Exposure to all aspects of SW dev life cycle & knowledge of Software Engineering.
- Take part in review of proposals, Plans and Software work products.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database concept.
- Derive Quality Goals and Quality Plans for the projects.
- Experience with Oracle RDBMS and good PL/SQL skills and UNIX platforms.
- Knowledge in Telecom customer care and billing application domains is preferable.
