Application Support Administrator - UAE

Application Support Administrator Contract Hire 

Minimum Requirement: 

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. Minimum 3 years experience and Maximum 5 years in experience in a Telecom billing system. 

Role: 

• Operations and Maintenance of applications (Batch & on-line) to ensure system availability and support of business process. 
• Perform root cause analysis for service calls and 2nd level support to incidents resolution. 
• Identify the performance related issue in Application and escalate them for enhancements. 
• Regular monitor Application systems health. 
• Good awareness of Objected Oriented Design. 
• Advanced programming skills in Java, C+ +, C. 
• Strong working experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL, Procedures. 
• Extensive experience in trouble shooting and taking initiatives to resolve the issues. 

Age : 28-48 years Language : Arabic/English must
