Detail oriented, Technically savvy, Focused thinker, Problem solver, Leader, Understands the implementation technology and its application within the project, Able to communicate and explain this development vision to other project team members, Effective communicator - written and oral, Understands Object oriented technology and its application, Understands User interface, business logic and data layer approaches in project development, Understands source code management in a multi developer environment like check out, check in and build logistics, Understands and applies the unit testing principles, Understands integration/system testing.
Processes Micro Design:
Work with business process team to define and document portal technical requirements and develop functional and technical specifications for user interface, information architecture, personalization, data interfaces, and other portal technical development. Build: Develop portlets, theme & skin, and other portal objects. Review deliverables for quality, completeness, and conformance with project standards. Test: Execute unit test for developed objects. Support SIT, Performance, and Usability test activities, mitigate problems
