The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur International Zusammenarbeit (www.giz.de) manages the first Technical Trainers College (TTC) on behalf of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The TTC combines high-level theoretical, practical and pedagogical study programs.

Requirement:
- A BA degree in business administration or commerce
- At least 3 years of work experience in the respective fields: procurement; business or office administration; company field practice
- Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking, reading and writing)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Job Profile Assistant Procurement :
- Preparing and organizing procurement forms and requests
- Arranging storage rooms for big shipments
- Managing and coordinating the transportation services, shipments and cargo activities and dealing with customs and agents responsible for the shipments through both the airport and dry port
- Purchasing essential office supplies for the staff and teachers
Job profile Assistant Administrator HR
- Assisting the HR team in managing and monitoring visa processes Writing, editing and preparing documents and reports
- Updating lists, entering data and supporting the office organization
- Coordinating activities within the department and with other departments
Managing CFP letters, reports and other relevant documents
Arranging documentation for CFP placements
Supporting the monitoring program of CFP
Keeping the company directory up-to-date
