Compensation and Benefits Coordinator / HR Analyst - Qatar Job

HR ANALYST (Ref: HR-SA) 

Principal Accountabilities 
- Provide support in implementation of HR systems with all concerned departments. 
- Review the business processes, policies, and procedures of the HR Department and plan, develop and implement business improvement initiatives which will help increase the efficiency of HR services
- 7 it is customers (internal and external>. 
- Assess and provide input regarding implementation and br re-evaluation of current HR Strategies, HR SAP Module, HR Systems, ESS and Workflows. 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience 
- Degree in Business Administration, and/or Information Technology. 
- Minimum 5 years related experience in the area of Human Resources workflow process evaluation, continuous improvement practices, quality management, and project management. 
- Strong analytical, logical and statistical skills. 
- Excellent project management, planning and organizing skills. 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS COORDINATOR (Ref: HR-CB) 
Principal Accountabilities 
- Develop and recommend reward and policy strategies arid programs for the company to ensure that the company is able to recruit, retain and motivate staff. 
- Survey the local, regional and global marketplace for pay practices and reward trends, policy issues and practices to ensure alignment of compensation and policies. 
- Develop and maintain contacts with related organizations in both Qatar and the Gulf to exchange and obtain information on compensation matters. 
- Analyze market data and make recommendations on the revision of compensation and policies as appropriate. 
- Devise and implement appropriate means of communicating information on compensation programs and policies to management and staff, 
- Respond and provide assistance to employees regarding Compensation & Benefit packages, and all associated procedures. 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience 
- Bachelor Degree 
- At least 6 years experience in an HR role 
You will need to work effectively and comfortably in a Multi disciplinary arid multicultural environment.
