Manager/Assistant Manager Product Development
Qualifications
B.E. /Masters with 4-6 years of experience. Prior experience of Label or Garment product development will be added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Liaison with Sales and Marketing department for new product development.
Identity market opportunities where RBIS can make a winning proposition.
Initiate and drive the speed of development through ELS approach.

Assistant Manager Quality Control
Qualification
B.E./Masters with 4-6 years experience of Quality Control.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, Coordinate and direct quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.
Formulate and maintain quality control objectives and coordinate with production and with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
Plan, promote and organize training activities related to product Quality and reliability.

Production Planner
Qualification
Graduation with a minimum experience of 1-2 years. Hands on experience in production planning is compulsory.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain machine-wise loading chart of available jobs and issue factory promised dates for all jobs received.
Ensure that all the jobs on machine-wise production plan have passed the pre-press and plate making stages.
Coordinate with production team leaders to ensure that full capacity of the machines to utilized by reducing down times and set up times, also issue plans for finishing activities.
Ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and strong leadership skills with proficiency in MS Office. Market competitive remuneration will be provided to selected candidates.
