Travelex is the country's leading foreign exchange operator. With a very successful year of growth behind us we are looking for an exceptional sales and delivery focussed individual to join our Currency Services Division in Bahrain This opportunity has arisen through internal career development and the successful candidate will work within a challenging, results orientated environment, and be part of our well respected Bahraini management team.

The successful candidate will:

• Be able to successfully manage, coach and motivate a team to deliver turnover and profit ahead of budgeted targets.
• Demonstrate exceptional sales skills, and be able to develop the sales skills of the team through the coaching programme and leading by example.
• Enjoy stretching challenges and work effectively under pressure.
• Be able to set targets and monitor results.
• Be able to effectively communicate to colleagues and managers at all levels.
• Have a understanding of compliance standards and requirements within a similar environment
• Have previous people management experience and solid communication skills, both verbal and 
• written.
