Construction Project Manager ((S5-SA)
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum fifteen years experience in design and construction in reputable projects.
Key duties:
- Completely manages and supervises the overall work of the projects, ensures the completion of his jobs within the contractual requirements of the client, and within the budgeted time, cost, and quality standards with a perfect safety record, Reviews the provisions/ sign budgets of his jobs within prescribed time.
- Responsible for optimizing the allocated manpower, material and mes1to assigned projects, Maintaining strong relationship with clients and, consultants, prepares the initial planning for his projects.
- Responsible for timely preparation and approval of all submittals and drawings for his projects in coordination with other relevant departments, approves all materials requested for projects using product catalogue, responsible for timely Issuance of invoices for assigned projects.
- Coordinates with cost control and planning on all variations orders for his projects.
