Administration Manager and Executive Secretary / PA - Saudi Arabia

Minimum 10 years experience in handling administration of large construction company in Gulf. The incumbent will be responsible of payroll, workforce planning, manpower allocation, fleet management of the company vehicles. Development and implementation of company's administrative policies and procedures.

Minimum 5 years experience in construction & real states company in Gulf. Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments, dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, producing documents, reports and presentations, organizing and attending meetings, liaising with clients, and other staffs. Devising and maintaining office systems including data management, filing etc. arranging travel and accommodation.
