General Manager
- 3 to 5 years of experience in general management preferably in Perfume and cosmetics industry.
- Prepare budgets, schedules expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective action.
- Give inputs and propose annual objectives.
- Assist in the development and quantification of strategies, planned actions and tactics.
- Monitor and audit all the operational expenses in the area and assist the managers in planning and
- control the expenses in order to meet goals.
- Develop corrective measures.
- Communicate frequently with store management to discuss planning, budgeting, sales promotions and advertising campaigns.
- Monthly review of P&L's.
- Analysis of operations cost and labor cost.
- Assists in the monthly operational (stores) budgeting process and development of monthly income projections.
- Research customer demands and trends by processing store sales, inventory reports and local markets.
- Decide stock levels and order points using history and stock movement.
- Anticipate and record changes in customer demand for particular goods.
- Attend trade fairs and other displays to obtain information about the range of products available.
- Ensures that the company's key objectives of Customer Satisfaction, Increased Market Share and Increased Profitability are met.
- Financial analysis of various G&A actions.
- Excellent communication, management and analytical skills, leadership.
- University Degree , MBA preferred.
Manager Treasury
Ideal candidate must:
- Sound understanding of IFRS and GAAP.
- Practical understanding of how financial instruments, forex trading and structured product works.
- Knowledge of local banking regulations.
- Analyse and comment on Financial Report and advice for enhancements.
- Handling Bank Facility renewals and updating the facility documentation as required for the group.
- Ensuring compliance with financial covenants of all the banking facilities.
- Able to prepare financial reports independently.
- Reconcile treasury-related bank accounts, internal & external borrowing and investments, foreign exchange dealings.
- Ensure all Group contractual requirements of loan agreements are met, including repayment, interest payments and covenants.
- Maintain the loans register and make sure the repayments are done on timely basis.
- Assist in monitoring and managing interest rate exposure.
- Manage cash and investments to maximize income and minimize costs in line with profitability of group companies.
- Manage and enhance day to day banking relationship.
- Good practical knowledge of swaps, forwards and futures.
- Develop and manage cash forecasting and budgeting models for upcoming business opportunities.
- Manage company and personal investments and maximize ROI.
- Have minimum two years experience in similar position.
- Be MBA or have degree in Accounting.
Brand Manager Fashion (Ladies)
Ideal candidate must:
- Have minimum two years experience in similar position.
- Be MBA or have degree in Marketing.
- Develop and recommend marketing; launch plans/ strategies for assigned brands.
- Initiates and maintains records of brand sales performance, including advertising and sale promotion spending against budget.
- Liaison with principals/suppliers of brands assigned.
- Liaison with advertising agencies to ensure production deadlines are met and planned advertising are carried out correctly.
- Ensure stocks availability within reasonable inventory levels.
- Enjoy working with people and self driven.
- Be computer literate with sound administrative & communication skills.
Manager, Accounts Receivables
Ideal candidate must:
- Assure timely collection of monies due to corporation.
- Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards.
- Assure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly.
- Assure that the companies standard template regarding invoice sample is in place for every customer.
- Conduct credit checks on all customers; establish and manage limits.
- Five years experience in credit and collections.
- Superior spreadsheets skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Accounting programs and software is a plus.
Audit Officer
Ideal candidate must:
- Be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling financial and operational audits.
- Examine the accuracy and completeness of records and procedures for internal control to safeguard assets.
- Ensures all company areas are in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and laws.
- Reports audit findings and recommendations to mitigate risk.
- Must have minimum two years experience in same field. (preferably retail background)
- Must be a university graduate.
