Job Specifications:
- To deliver on our business strategy, to build mind share and adoption to DWBI &PM services across strategic Customers, win new logos, in the ME region
- To be the Company’s Point Contact for DWBI&PM services in the ME region
- To drive Company’s DWBI’s market localization and attunement
- To drive C-level and field relationships across the partner ecosystem
- To establish and grow business and technical relationships, and manage interactions with these accounts
- To drive top line revenue growth and profitability
- Execute strategic business development plan for target markets / Accounts
- Achieve/ exceed revenue targets / exceed goals
- Identify specific customer segments and industry verticals to approach with a joint value proposition
- Engage with the field sales organization, channels and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities
- Work with existing partners field organizations to define and execute joint sales and GTM programs
- To up sell DWBI&PM platform across all service lines
- Manage complex contract negotiations
- Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team
- At least 4-5 years experience working in the local ME market
- Possess both a business/sales background that enables them engage at the CXO level and field level
- Technical competency focused on the DWBI&PM landscape (SDLC, Tool sets etc.,)
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, solutions, and technical challenges, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Knowledge of Local Markets / Customers/ dynamics is desirable
- Strong skills in Networking and Team dynamics
