Strong understanding and technical ability for PC, servers/Storage, Software systems and application.
Proficient in .NET: C#, ASP. NET, Web Services, ADO .NET, etc.
Proficient in using standard software development tools such as IDE and Command Line Development Environments, Issue Tracking, Source Control, and Automated Build Scripts
Knowledge of installation tools like Installshield
Knowledge of Systems Management for Windows and Linux operating systems
Diagnosis & troubleshoot computer systems, servers/storage & software systems within standard time frames.
Working knowledge of computer hardware, MS Client OS configuration and customization
Ability to read and understand requirements and design documents
