The resource should be well versed with Javascript. He/she should know the different tools for javascript (e.g. JQuery, MooTools etc.), know their libraries and also understand the concepts of inheritance in javascript.
The resource is expected to have good understanding of how javascript can be used on the server-side as well as on the client-side.
