Fatima Group is one of the most progressive business houses of Pakistan and has made significant investments in large scale fertilizer plants, textile and sugar mill, utilizing state-of-the-art technology. Now we plan to diversify into the energy sector. Fatima Energy will be a 100 MW power project based on bagasse and coal, located next to eh Fatima Sugar Mills Limited at Kot Addu, District Muzaffargarh, Pakistan.

We are looking for suitable candidates for the following positions:

PROJECT DIRECTOR
Key Responsibilities

·         Lead the team from basic engineering to safe and timely completion of the project.

·         Manage all phases of the project such as review of engineering, engage EPC contractor, civil and mechanical construction and successful commissioning

·         Set guidelines on production and efficiency control

·         Manage and control project finances to ensure completion within budget

·         Plan and execute various activities ensuring that the project is completed within the agreed timelines.

Qualification and Experience

·         Must hold a good academic record with an engineering degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical disciplines from a reputable university

·         Should have about 20 years of proven industrial / project experience in similar or related field with 5 years in a senior position

·         Should have strong leadership and managerial skills

·         Strong negotiation skills

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Key Responsibilities

·         Oversee financial management, budget, financial policies and procedures, treasury operations

·         Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses

·         Insurance and risk management

·         Management of taxation and corporate law related matters

·         Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures

·         Financial reporting to the management and the board

Qualification and Experience

·         Chartered Accountant with a good academic background

·         Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience as CFO in a reputable organization

·         Demonstrated leadership skills with an ability to plan and manage the execution of complex business issues

·         Broad business acumen with an ability to articulate clear direction that is consistent with company’s vision and strategy

·         Excellent technical, entrepreneurial, interpersonal, communication and motivational skills

·         Age between 35 to 45 years
