JOB DESCRIPTION
The AM is responsible for implementing ...front office, back office and EMR products as per SOW commitments. Upon successfully deploying a product, the AM is responsible for securing the client against attrition to ensure a continuous revenue stream. The AM is also responsible for cross selling products to their existing accounts is such an opportunity arises.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure product implementation as per timelines and deliverables defined in the SOW and contract.
2. Ensure client satisfaction with products.
3. Conduct continuous audits of client accounts to provide an external check on operations.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to file complaints or escalate issues.
5. Develop account strategies, territory planning and administrative follow-up to ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained and to secure against client attrition.
6. Identify potential cross selling and up selling opportunities and leverage SE if required to increase revenue from clients.
7. Serve as the voice of the customer for operations, support and marketing departments
8. Support marketing and sales by providing industry and product trends, sales data, competitor analyses, sales materials and account/customer feedback.
KPIS
1. On time and on budget completion of all deployments.
2. Minimize customer churn
3. Ensure client satisfaction of over 95%.
4. Increase revenue through cross selling and up selling.
QUALIFICATION
1. Medical or RN degree
2. Thorough understanding of US medical billing and coding processes
3. Awareness of processes within a medical practice
4. Experience in business process reengineering
5. Demonstrated project management and implementation experience
6. Excellent verbal and presentation skills
7. Sales experience is preferred but not required
8. Cultural awareness of the US
