The House of Habib invites applications for one of its automotive part manufacturing companies for the following positions:

MECHANICAL ENGINEERS:

Mechanical Engineers (MS/BE) required at various echelons with 3 to 10 years experience in shop floor production/production engineering/design & development and maintenance.

ASSOCIATES ENGINEERS:

Associate Mechanical Engineers (DAE) required at various echelons with 3 to 5 years experience in shop floor production/production engineering/design &development and maintenance.

MANAGER-HUMAN RESOURCE:

Qualification: MBA (Human Resource)

 Experience: 7-10 years

Major Responsibilities: Training and development, performance management , job evaluation , employee relation, recruitment & selection, development culture & values, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

DEPUTY MANAGER/MANAGER-STORE:

Qualification: Graduation/DAE/B.Sc preferably MBA.

Experience: 3-5 years of managing large stores in manufacturing sector.

Job Responsibilities: Manage raw material and finished good stores, ensure inventory accuracy, monitor and control finished goods dispatches to the customers, monitor inventory levels for timely ordering.

SENIOR EXECUTIVE IMPORTS/PLANNING:

Qualification: Must be at least graduate /DAE preferably MBA in supply chain.

Experience: 2 to 3 years related experience in imports/commercial.

Job Responsibilities: Planning of material requirements. (MRP), placement of orders/follow up/ other related work, preparation of L/C status, daily monitoring of documents flow/control.

MANAGER/DEPUTY MANAGER-MARKETING & CUSTOMER RELATIONS:

Qualification: MBA (Marketing) preferably with B.E.

Experience: 5-10 years of experience in industrial marketing.

Job Responsibilities: Effectively carry out the industrial marketing functions of the company.

Skills for the above Positions:

Know-how of Japanese Management system/ hands on approach in work area. Exposure to production management/quality systems/ Kaizen/ 5S Excellent Management, people handling and computer skills.
