COMPLIANCE HEADAl Mulla Exchange, the leading Exchange company in Kuwait requires a Compliance Head. It presently has 28 branches and a staff strength of more than 300 staff. The position reports to the Board of Directors.
Experience and skills required
•The candidate needs to maintain, upgrade and update policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program.
•The candidate must be aware of the latest requirements with regard to compliance, from global perspective, and implement these in co-ordination with IT and other departments.
•Keep the laid down guidelines and processes of the company in sync with the latest and revised changes/ modifications being issued by the regulators.
•Design suitable MIS reports and monitor processes so as to ensure that operations of the company is carried out in line with the laid down compliance
•policies.
•Train employees, on an on going basis, so as to ensure that all staff are clear with regard to compliance processes.
•Should have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role in a financial institution.
