SQA Engineer
* 3-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or an equivalent degree in an appropriate discipline
* Incumbent should be well versed in SQL Server 2005/2008 and .NET C#
* Writing and executing testing plans
* Have complete functional knowledge of all current and in-development applications
* Fully responsible for effectiveness of testing results and defect-finding efficiency
* Attend all appropriate design meetings to give (recommend quality improvements, testability issues) and receive/disseminate test and project information
* Must have strong interpersonal skills to maintain a cohesive team in achieving their goals
* Should be able to foster innovation and participation in continuous process improvement
* Experience of formal technical reviews will be a definite plus
* Extensive experience in blackbox testing
* Experience in using automated testing tools
* Experience in stress and performance testing desired, but not required.
