Production Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Minimum 5 plus years of work experience in any relative steel fabrication industries.
•Good command in English is must.
•Should be a Mechanical or Automobile Engineer or any relative degree to steel fabrication
•Ability to manage 400+ personnel, set workloads, schedules & meet deadlines and also to demonstrate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across the factory.
•Must be good at Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to plan the production well in advance to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials to avoid unnecessary layoffs.
•Review work orders to make decisions regarding labor requirements and duty assignments considering budgetary limitations & time constraints.
•Should delegate, co-ordinate and supervise works to multinational workforce with various jobs at the same time across different production lines of the facility.
•Should conduct daily kick off meetings for early identification of shortcomings.
•Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staffs to resolve production or processing problems & difficulties.
•Track the production progress and report regularly to the review of the senior management.
•Implement best practices of the industry to ensure optimum usage of workforce and reasonable reduction of man hours to increase the overall productivity.
•Monitor Company's product standards and implement quality product programs.
•Ensure implementation of safety procedures across the shop floors
•Should follow ethical standards and integrity in all aspects
