- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Mechanical & Engineering with a minimum of 15 years, graduate experience, of which 10 years within the Gulf Region is preferred.
- Registration of a recognized Professional Engineering Board such as PE (Professional Engineer, or C.Eng (Chanted Engineer) is preferred.
- Previous experience gained within a Consultancy would be highly beneficial along with familiarity with public and private sector clients.
- Degree Civil Engineering or a master, Degree in Construction / Civil or Management)
- Minimum of 10 years working experience with a multinational workforce and exercise commitment to Health & Safety Environment
- Should have a good experience on a multi facet building project. Excellent records in Aspect to the completion of projects (hand overt ahead of schedule and also bet, the budget allocation.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written communications
- Marketing Experience of 2-3 years
- Bachelor in Marketing or relevant disciplines
- Good communication skills especially good written and spoken English & Amble is absolutely musk
- Must be a university graduate, with a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar position, preferably in a multinational company.
- Need to possess a high level of accuracy, analytical, logical, reasoning and problem solving skills
- Communication and written skills need to be outstanding in both English and Arabic
- Degree in Architecture and must be a graduate from a recognized university
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as on-site Architect in buildings construction and infrastructure
- Supervision, monitoring of projects, Quantity take., etc.
- Must be familiar with plans specification and design and can do revision of drawings by using Auto CAD
- Good in English both verbal & written communications
- 7-10 years of relevant contract and procurement experience.
- Direct experience in project management.
- Minimum of 5 years experience of both hard and soft products & services
- Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties
- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documentation in accordance with company policies & procedures
- Prepare reports and summarize data including sales report and book value
- Assist negotiation, drafting, interpreting contracts and provide legal consultancy
- Assist in investigations , and legally advice the company on legal disputes and claims
- Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Graduate with pan professional qualification
- Experience 5-10 years
- Ability to handle accounts independently up to finalization and audit
- Experienced in Receivables, payables, bank reconciliation
- Preferred with experience in MIS reports and contracts accounts
- Should have more than 5 years of experience in handling executive secretarial
- Must be bilingual haying excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hiving worked in a construction company will be a plus.
