Functional Analyst - Bahrain

Leading Financial Institution requires a 

Functional Analyst 

to join its team in Bahrain in order to monitor and stabilize the banking production modules. The incumbent should support the functional operation of all standard and non-standard application systems according to the business needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Establish the required business processes to support the bank’s functional requirements.
• Administration of all banking production systems and management of maintenance projects on production machines.
• First level of functional support for the major banking applications of the platform and for all users in the Middle-East Territories.
• Prepare new application, project documentation and User Guides as well as assist with preparing different documents / reports.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate evidence of analyzing, documenting, writing down functional specifications and interacting with end users.
• Working experience and knowledge of end to end IT project lifecycles and standard banking business processes.
• Good knowledge of activity planning, Unix technology, ORACLE Databases, SQL and PL/SQL.
• Good level with Office work management tools and fluent English.
