Our client, an international insurance company is looking for a
Customer Relations Manager
to join their dynamic team in UAE. The ideal candidate has to drive operational performance of the Customer Relationship Team and ensure agreed service standards are met.
Responsibilities:

- Ensure that operational performance is accurately measured and reported to show progress against company targets.
- Propose new ways of working to improve service standards or to reduce cost of service without negatively impacting service levels.
- Develop service levels with Brokers and drive performance of the team to ensure that all agreed standards are met and exceeded.
- Ensure customer details are processed in accordance with Company regulations and that customer complaints procedure is complied with.
- Liaise with the Customer Service and Sales team and provide a trusted point of contact for service issues and a liaison point for customers/brokers.
- University degree in Insurance, ideally professional certification such as AIII/ FIII/ ACII.
- At least 5 years of similar customer service managerial experience in an insurance company in the GCC.
