Administrative Secretary - Bahrain

An Investment Company requires a qualified Administrative Secretary.

Responsibilities:
•Arrange meetings and functions.
•Sort and respond to incoming email/ correspondence, screen telephone calls.
•Review documents, do research and produce summary reports.
•Produce presentations and liaise with colleagues and teams managing specific projects.
•Diary management.
•Book travel and co-ordinate travel itineraries.
•Attend meetings and take minutes.

Skills Required:
•Proficiency in MS Office applications.
•A very high level of English proficiency is essential.
•Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage changing priorities.
•Accuracy and attention to detail.
