Document analysis: ability to analyze documents, interview subject matter experts and understand the nature of the data to be able to describe it in either a

data model or in XML vocabulary. We don’t start out as subject matter experts but we need to become nearly expert very fast.

    * Document modeling: ability to analyze documents and convey the conceptual and logical nature and relationships of the components of documents.
    * Schema development: demonstrated experience developing an XML vocabulary for content in either RelaxNG or W3C schema syntax.
    * Excellent communication skills; we work very closely with subject matter experts and have to convey information to technical and non-technical people.
    * Bonus: experience with XSLT or XQuery.

Must have Schema Development Experience.  The key for searching is “content” xml exp not “transactional” (websites use a lot of this kind)…
