SQA Engineers
Job Requirements:
We are looking for Engineers who are committed, self-motivated Software Quality Assurance. The QA Engineers will be responsible for maintaining the quality standard of Web applications/Software, to write test cases and conduct thorough testing of Web applications/Software.

1. The QA Engineer will be responsible for testing, automating, and improving the reliability of web and windows  
    based applications.
2. This position is responsible for performing functional, integration, system and load/performance testing of web 
    products.
3. Develop and execute test plans.
4. Test for database bugs and data integrity.
5. Identify and document bugs, Verify corrections, track bugs, and report bug metrics.
6. Identify security flaws
7. Develop and maintain performance tests

Skills Required:
Familiarity in all phases of the test cycle, including Integration/ System Testing, Performance Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing etc,

Familiarity with QA related tools such as QTP, load runner etc would be a plus,
Strong conceptual knowledge regarding SDLC, Software Quality Assurance methodologies and practices,
Ability to develop and analyze system diagrams to perform change management analysis,
Knowledge of Processes and Standards i.e. ISO, CMM etc,
Knowledge regarding RDBMS and SQL,
Design, develop and execute test plan and test cases,
QA certifications will be considered as an added advantage.

Flash/XHTML developers:
Any graduation from a good recognized institution
2 years experience in Flash/XHTML/CSS development

Job Requirements:
Good knowledge of Flash development tools, extensive AS2/3
W3C Compliant XHTML
CSS 2.0 / 3.0 (troubleshooting cross browser compliance issues)
In depth knowledge and experience with jQuery/Javascript.
