• He shall coordinate team works for tender proposal and executive projects.
• As a Buyer, he shall purchase services and relevant subcontracts. 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Subcontract Bid Inquiry/ Request for Quotation (RFQ) 
• Definition of the project Construction Subcontractors lists 
• Economical / Commercial tabulation 
• Coordinate the Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) 
• Execute the Economical Bid Evaluation (EBE) 
• Negotiation with Construction Subcontractors 
• Drafts the Special Terms and Conditions 
• Follow work progress of Construction Subcontractors 

Mandatory Requirements:

• Master of Science Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering 
• Availability to worldwide job sites 
• Fluent in spoken and written English 
• Proven 10 years experience, developed mainly in Oil & Gas EPC Contractor companies 
• Perfect knowledge of main commercial software such as MS Office & SAP
